CDA Environment Directorate (East) Invitation for E-Bids — Landscaping/Horticulture Works at Federal Court, Islamabad

Issuer: Capital Development Authority (CDA), Environment Directorate (East). Invitation for electronic bids on Single Stage–One Envelope basis for landscaping and horticulture works at the Federal Court of Pakistan, Constitution Avenue, Islamabad.

Eligibility & Registration: Firms must be well reputed, registered with Pakistan Engineering Council with a valid Registration Certificate in Category C-6 or above and Project Code CE-10 for the year 2026-27. The procurement will use Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in line with Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

Bid Submission: E-bids must be prepared per e-Bidding documents and submitted through EPADSv2.0 (https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements) on or before Tuesday, November 03, 2026, 11:30 AM. Electronic bids will be opened on EPADSv2.0 the same day at 12:00 PM. Manual submissions will not be entertained.

Bid Security & Payment: All bids must be accompanied by bid security as described in the bidding documents, payable in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit. Bidders must register on EPADSv2.0 to participate.

Opening & Contact: Electronic bids will be opened publicly in the presence of the procurement committee and authorized bidder representatives. Opening session to be held at the office of Director Environment (East), CDA, Environment Directorate, CDA office F-9 Park, Islamabad.
