NHMP N-5 North Zone Invitation to Bid for Prequalification — Tyres, Batteries, Spare Parts & Workshops (Open Framework Agreement)

Issuer: National Highways & Motorway Police (NHMP), N-5 North Zone. Purpose: Invitation to submit sealed bids through e-procurement for pre-qualification under an Open Framework Agreement for a period of three (03) years (FY 2026-27 up to FY 2028-29).

Eligibility: Well-reputed and eligible firms/vendors duly registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments. Pre-qualification documents must be submitted online via e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS version 2.0) and hard-copy provisions as required in the bidding documents.

Submission requirements: All proposals must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a Bank Draft/CDR (refundable) drawn in favour of DDO, NHMP N-5 (North) Zone. Bidders shall upload a scanned copy of the Bid Security on EPADS version 2.0; the original Bank Draft/CDR must be submitted before tender opening.

Timelines and opening: Original bids/proposals must be submitted on or before 11:00 AM on 2026-10-29. Bids will be opened at 12:00 PM on 2026-10-29 in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the Office of the DIG N-5 North Zone, Qaiser Waseem Plaza G-13/3, Islamabad.

Additional notes: Procurement will follow the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and applicable regulations, guides and instructions. NHMP reserves the right to reject any/all bids in accordance with PPRA rules.
