Key conditions:
- Electronic bids only via EPADS V2.0. Manual bids will not be accepted.
- Bidding documents can be downloaded from EPADS (https://epads.gov.pk/login).
- Eligible bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax (FBR).
- A sealed Bid Security (CDR / Banker’s Cheque / Bank Guarantee) from a scheduled bank in Pakistan, favoring the Director General, Pakistan Mint Lahore, must be submitted before bid closing time; bids without original bid security will be rejected.
- Supplier must clearly state brand/make of items.
- A filled hard copy of the bidding documents must be submitted to Pakistan Mint before bid closing time.
- The Director General reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rule 45.
