Directorate General Social Welfare & Bait ul Maal, Punjab (Lahore) invites bids for the procurement of prosthetic and assistive devices for persons with disabilities under the ADP scheme — "Provision of wheelchairs, prosthetics, hearing aids, and other such assistive devices to PWDs Phase‑II" on a framework contract for financial years 2026‑27 & 2027‑28. Registered firms with relevant registration authorities and tax departments (Authorities/Tax offices like Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax etc.) are eligible to bid.
Bidding method: Online submission via Punjab e‑Procurement System (eP). Bidding documents may be downloaded from https://epp.punjab.gov.pk. A Bid Security of 2% of the total estimated package amounting to PKR 10,540,000 must be submitted/deposited through the Punjab e‑Procurement system as per the tender conditions. Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure will be followed where applicable under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
