Key conditions and instructions:
- Electronic bids only via EPADS V2.0; manual bids will not be accepted. Bidders will be notified through EPADS V2.0.
- Bidding documents can be downloaded from: https://pa.epads.gov.pk/login. Tender advertisement is also available on PPRA.
- All eligible bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax (FBR).
- A Bid Security (CDR/Banker Cheque/Bank Guarantee) from a scheduled bank in Pakistan, in favor of the Director General, Pakistan Mint Lahore, must be submitted before bid closing time; bids without original Bid Security will be rejected.
- Suppliers must state brand/make of items. One filled hard copy set of bidding documents must be submitted to Pakistan Mint before bid closing time.
- Conditional, partial, or incomplete bids will be rejected. The Director General reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rule 45.
