Board of Investment Invites E‑Bids for Office / Computer Stationery & Miscellaneous Items

Government of Pakistan — Special Investment Facilitation Council Division, Board of Investment (6th Floor, Kohsar Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad) invites electronic bids / pre-qualification from firms/suppliers for supply of office, computer stationery and miscellaneous items through the e‑PADS e‑procurement system.

Key instructions and eligibility:

• Bids must be submitted electronically via the e‑PADS e‑procurement/e‑bidding portal. Manual bids will not be accepted.
• Only registered firms/suppliers on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) with a valid GST/NTN and vendor number based in Islamabad / Rawalpindi are eligible.
• Bids shall remain valid for a period of twelve (12) months.
• Rates must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees. Inspection of delivered items will be carried out before acceptance.
• The Board of Investment reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable rules.
• Bid opening will take place in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
