Tender for Procurement of Stationery, Computer Stationery & Other Items — District & Sessions Judge Gujranwala (Tender No. 01/2026-27)

Issuer: Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Gujranwala. Procurement of stationery, computer stationery and other items under single stage-one envelope procedure through Punjab e-Procurement / e-PADS.

Submission method and deadline: Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement / e-PADS portal on or before 2026-10-17 at 10:30 AM. Bids will be opened on 2026-10-17 at 11:30 AM in the Chamber of the Chairman Procurement Committee, Sessions Court, Gujranwala.

Financial and eligibility requirements: Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost in the prescribed form is required. The original bid security instrument must be submitted to the Accounts Branch, Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Gujranwala within the prescribed time. The successful bidder will furnish a 10% performance guarantee/security of the accepted contract value. Bidders must possess valid NTN/Income Tax registration, Sales Tax registration, Punjab Sales Tax / Professional Tax registration where applicable, and demonstrate relevant experience or similar work orders as required in the bidding documents.

Pricing and terms: Quoted rates must be inclusive of all applicable taxes, duties, freight, transportation, delivery and incidental charges unless otherwise specified in the e-PADS schedule. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable Punjab Procurement Rules. All procurement will be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules and e-Procurement instructions.
