Tender Invitation: Supply of Electrical, Hardware & Sanitary Items — Shaikha Fatima Institute, Lahore

Shaikha Fatima Institute of Nursing & Health Sciences (Shaikh Zayed Postgraduate Medical Institute), Lahore invites sealed single-stage one-envelope bids under PPRA Rule 36(a) for supply of Electrical, Hardware and Sanitary items for FY 2026-27. Eligible firms, manufacturers and distributors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and appearing on the FBR Active Taxpayers List may bid.

Key details:

- Bid security/Earnest Money: 3% of the estimated value of each lot (in the form of CDR). Bidders must upload the CDR on the ePADS portal and submit the original CDR at the time of tender opening.

- Tender documents and bidding instructions are available on the ePADS portal (www.epads.gov.pk) and may be downloaded from www.szmc.org.pk.

- Bids must be uploaded on the ePADS portal in PDF format, in the name of the Principal, College of Nursing & Midwifery, Shaikha Fatima Institute of Nursing & Health Sciences, Lahore.

- Last date for submission: 2026-10-21. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM.

- Bidders must quote item-wise rates (inclusive of all applicable taxes) and show total price for each item and each lot. Taxes will be deducted as per federal rules.

- Incomplete, conditional, unsigned, unstamped, late submissions or bids without required CDR will be rejected. The institute reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
