Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division Khuzdar invites sealed percentage-rate tenders (composite schedule of rates 2026, Government of Balochistan) for construction of three solar water supply schemes in District Khuzdar.

Financial & submission requirements

- Tender fee: Rs. 1,500 for each TSE/work (non-refundable).
- Earnest money: 2% of estimated cost in the form of Call Deposit in favour of the undersigned from a scheduled bank; firm’s complete title/name must be written on the call deposit. Pay Orders and Bank Drafts will not be accepted.

Procurement & eligibility

- Procurement under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Method: Single stage, one envelope.
- Eligibility: Valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category; registration with tax authorities (NTN, sales tax & BRA Department) where applicable; minimum two years relevant work experience; turnover of last three years.

- Bidding documents obtainable from the office of the Executive Engineer, PHE Division Khuzdar upon payment (green challan under head C02725-02). Documents may also be downloaded from the BPPRA website.
- Tender documents issued from the date of publication (issue time referenced at 11:00 AM).
- Last date/time for bid submission: 2026-10-27 at 10:45 AM.
- Bid validity period: 90 days.

Tender opening

- All tenders will be opened on the same day at the office of the undersigned (opening times stated in the notice: 11:45 PM and 12:00 PM).
