Tender: Construction of Dam at Phuleji, Naseerabad — Executive Engineer Padedar Canal Division

Executive Engineer, Padedar Canal Division invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the execution of the following works under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Registration on the Electronic Public Procurement System (BPPRA EPS) is mandatory for all bidders. Tender fee PKR 1,000 and bid security 2% of the estimated cost are required.

Eligibility: Presence in Active Taxpayer List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency; registration with Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority where applicable. Funding and procurement will follow relevant rules and assigned financial limits. Bidding procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope. Bid security must be submitted as a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call equal to 2% of the bid amount in favour of the undersigned from a scheduled bank.

Key dates and submission: Electronic bids must be submitted through the EPS before 11:00 AM on 2026-10-26. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM via the EPS.
