RFP: Consultancy for Detailed Design, Design Vetting & Construction Supervision — Upper Dera Bugti (Est. PKR 41,700,000)

Project Director, Chief Minister Development Package for Dera Bugti invites proposals through the Electronic Public Procurement System (EPPS) for selection of a consulting firm (single firm or joint venture) to provide consultancy services for detailed design, design vetting and construction supervision for development works in District Upper Dera Bugti. Procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014.

Key eligibility and conditions include registration with FBR for Income Tax and with BRA, presence on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL), registration with PEC as a Consulting Engineering Firm, demonstrated relevant assignments, and no record of blacklisting by any agency of Pakistan.
