E-Procurement: Supply of Electrical, Hardware & Sanitary Items — Shaikha Fatima Institute, Lahore (Bid Close 2026-10-21)

Issuer: Shaikha Fatima Institute of Nursing & Health Sciences (Shaikh Zayed Postgraduate Medical Institute), Lahore. Invitation for sealed e-tender bids (single-stage, one-envelope) under PPRA Rule 36(a) for supply of Electrical, Hardware and Sanitary items for Financial Year 2026-27.

Eligibility: Original reputed, financially strong firms, stockists, manufacturers and distributors registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax departments and listed as Active Taxpayers on the FBR ATL.

Submission method: Bidding documents to be downloaded from www.epads.gov.pk or www.szinc.org.pk. Bids must be uploaded on the EPADs portal in PDF format in the name of Principal, College of Nursing & Midwifery, Shaikha Fatima Institute of Nursing & Health Sciences, Lahore. Original bid security (CDR) must be presented at bid opening.

Bid opening: Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 A.M.

Key conditions: Bid security (Earnest Money) equal to 3% of each lot’s estimated value or of the total tender must be submitted in the form of CDR and uploaded with the bidding documents; the original CDR must be provided at the time of opening. Each bidder may participate in one or more lots but must submit the required bid security for each lot entered. Prices must be quoted item-wise (inclusive of all applicable taxes). Incomplete, late, unsigned, unstamped, conditional, or alternative bids will be rejected. Taxes will be deducted as per applicable Federal Government rules. Procurement will follow PPRA Rules 2004 (Amended).
