Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC) invites applications for the position of Head of Internal Audit. Appointment is on contract initially for three years, extendable by mutual consent. Selected candidate will receive a market-based remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Minimum qualifications and eligibility:
| Qualification | Fellow membership of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP), Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMAP), ACCA, or CPA |

| Experience | Minimum 7 years relevant post‑qualification experience in auditing and risk management, including designing internal control procedures and ensuring financial compliance/reliability in public or private sector with understanding of governance, risk and risk control, especially in SOEs or listed companies |
| Fit & Proper | Candidate must meet the "Fit and Proper Criteria" under Schedule IV of the SOEs Act |
| Preferable | Experience in shipping industry, SOE, or listed company as Chief Internal Auditor / Head of Internal Audit; experience in ERP environment for effective internal controls and risk management |
Other conditions: No TA/DA will be paid for interviews. Applicants must provide copies of degrees, diplomas, testimonials and supporting documentation. Appointment will follow the State Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act 2023, the State Owned Enterprises (Ownership and Management) Policy 2023, the Pakistan National Shipping Corporation Ordinance 1979 (as amended), PNSC Service Regulations 2025 and CMU Guidelines for C‑Level appointments.
