The Managing Director, Horticulture Agency, Sialkot invites interested persons, firms, companies and contractors to an open auction for the grant of rights for installation, operation, maintenance and display of Digital Streamers/SMDs at designated locations in Sialkot for a period of 05 years under applicable rules and approved terms and conditions.

Auction date and time: 2026-10-26 at 12:00 AM. Venue: Office of Horticulture Agency, opposite Anwar Club, Sialkot.
Key terms: Earnest money equal to 10% of the respective reserve price must be submitted as a CDR in favour of the Managing Director, Horticulture Agency, Sialkot before commencement of the auction. Bidders must quote amounts not less than the prescribed reserve price. The successful bidder will be awarded a 5-year contract; an increase of 10% in the approved bid amount will apply each subsequent year. All costs for installation, operation, maintenance, electricity, repair and allied expenses are the responsibility of the successful bidder. Digital Streamers/SMDs must be installed and operated only at designated locations and comply with approved specifications; no political, religious or objectionable content will be allowed. The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept, reject, postpone or cancel the auction or any term/condition without assigning any reason. Successful bidder must complete prescribed formalities within the specified period; failure may lead to forfeiture of earnest money or CDR. Bidders blacklisted by any Government or Semi-Government department are ineligible. All prevailing government rules, regulations and instructions apply.
