PAFDA Tender: Procurement & Installation of Stainless-Steel HVAC Ducting System at PAFDA Building, Lahore

Issuer: Punjab Agriculture Food & Drug Authority (PAFDA), Home Department, Government of the Punjab. Tender Ref: Proc.06/26-27/(PC).

PAFDA invites electronic bids for procurement and installation of a stainless-steel ducting system for HVAC at the PAFDA building. Bidding will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (PEPS) in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules.

Key requirements and submission instructions:

• Eligible bidders must be registered with tax authorities and hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license in category C-6 or above.
• Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System (PEPS) using the PDF upload method approved by the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA).
• Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically through PEPS. No physical bid security instruments will be accepted.
• Bidding will follow Open Competitive Bidding and the Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure as per applicable rules.
• Bidders can download bidding documents from the Punjab e-Procurement System and the PPRA/Punjab e-procurement websites without payment of a tender fee.
• Complete bids with required documents must be submitted through PEPS and will be opened in the Committee Room of PAFDA Head Office at Thoker Niaz Baig, Main Multan Road, Lahore on the specified opening date/time.
