Punjab Highways Department Tenders — Road Rehabilitation and Improvement Works in Pakpattan (Opening 2026-10-26)

Punjab Highways Department invites e-tenders from Pakistan Engineering Council-registered firms/contractors for several highway and metalled-road rehabilitation/improvement schemes in Tehsil & District Pakpattan. Firms must have a valid PEC license for Financial Year 2026-27 and be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement/PPRA portal. Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System in favour of the Executive Engineer, Highways Division Pakpattan. Physical bid securities will not be accepted. As per PPRA rules, the successful bidder must furnish a Performance Guarantee of 10% of the contract amount within 15 days of issuance of the acceptance letter, in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, Cashier Cheque, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee (valid for three months beyond completion time, extendable as required).

Tenders must be uploaded on the Punjab e-Procurement system by 2026-10-26 at 12:30 PM. All responsive bids received by that time will be opened on 2026-10-26 at 12:30 PM in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee.
