Actionable details:
The contractors must submit applications to CMES (A) GHQ Rawalpindi with complete credentials for issuance of tender documents. Tender documents will be issued only to firms with sufficient relevant experience and to security-cleared contractors. Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of registration; firms not registered with PEC are ineligible. Contractors born on approved MES lists in categories 'B', 'C' and 'D' with relevant experience may also apply.
Submission and opening: Tenders must be received in the office of the acceptance officer by 2026-11-16 till 11:30 hrs. Tenders will be opened at 12:00 hrs on 2026-11-16. Contractors may attend at the time of opening.
Other requirements and notes: Contractors shall provide a certificate that they are not involved in litigation with a government department in any court of law and that no adverse DI&E (E-in-Cs or GHQ) report is outstanding. Firms not on the approved MES list must furnish a statement of previous experience detailing works executed during the last two years and those in hand using the proforma appended. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender; rejected tenders will be dealt with as per Para 33(i) of PPRA rules.
