Tender: Supply of 360 Hermetic Grain Storage Drums — Sami Foundation (Ref: SF/ZCRA/SR-615/2026)

Issuer: Sami Foundation. Sami Foundation invites sealed tenders from registered suppliers for the supply of hermetic drums for grain storage to support a Zurch Climate Resilience Alliance (ZCRA) project in the districts of Shaheed Benazir Abad and Matiari.

Tender documents may be collected from Sami Foundation Head Office, Near Eye Hospital, Akbar‑e‑Azam Road, Umerkot, Sindh, from 2026-10-09 to 2026-10-23 (09:00–13:00, Monday–Friday). The tender pack can also be downloaded from the Foundation website: www.samifoundation.org.pk.

Sealed tenders must be delivered to Sami Foundation (SF) Head Office, Near Eye Hospital, Akbar‑e‑Azam Road, Umerkot on or before 2026-10-23 and clearly marked "Tender for Hermetic Drum". Tenders will be opened on 2026-10-23 at 11:30 AM in the presence of suppliers or their representatives.

Key conditions: bidders must submit samples with their bids; bids without samples may be rejected. Bid security: 2.5% of the bid value as CDR/pay order in favor of Sami Foundation. Rates must be inclusive of all taxes, loading/unloading, packaging, branding and delivery costs. Vendors must have NTN and active filer status. Tax will be deducted at source as per Government of Pakistan rules. Sami Foundation reserves the right to accept/reject or cancel any or all offers.
