Tender for Supply of Wheat Seed — Sami Foundation (ZCRA Project)

Issuer: Sami Foundation (ZCRA project implemented with support from Concern Worldwide). Sami Foundation invites sealed tenders from registered suppliers for the provision of wheat seed for project activities in Shaheed Benazir Abad and Matiari districts.

Key dates and submission details:

- Tender documents can be collected from Sami Foundation (SF) Head Office, Near Eye Hospital, Akbar-e-Azam Road, Umerkot, Sindh from 2026-10-09, 09:00 AM to 01:00 PM (Monday–Friday). The tender pack can also be downloaded from www.samifoundation.org.pk.

- Sealed tenders must reach Sami Foundation Head Office, Near Eye Hospital, Akbar-e-Azam Road, Umerkot on or before 2026-10-15 by 11:00 AM. Envelopes should be clearly marked "Tender for Wheat Seed". Tenders will be opened on 2026-10-15 at 11:30 AM in the presence of suppliers or their representatives who wish to attend.

Bid and eligibility requirements:

- Bid security: 2.5% of the bid value in the form of CDR/pay order in favor of "Sami Foundation"; bids without bid security may be rejected and the security may be forfeited if the selected bidder refuses to sign the contract.

- Suppliers must quote only one option per item; rates must be inclusive of all taxes, loading/unloading, packaging and allied costs up to point of delivery.

- Selection will consider quality, germination test, delivery time and previous experience; lowest price alone will not be the sole criterion.

- Vendors should have active filer status with an NTN number as per applicable tax laws. Tax will be deducted as per Government of Pakistan rules.

- Sami Foundation reserves the right to divide the order item-wise, accept/reject/cancel any or all offers, and to blacklist suppliers found involved in corrupt, fraudulent or collusive practices.
