CDA Environment (East) Invitation for E-Bids — Annual Rate Running Contract for Horticulture Maintenance (2026-27)

Directorate of Environment (East), Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic e-bids on Single-Stage One-Envelope basis for the Annual Rate Running Contract for Horticulture Maintenance / Upgradation of Supreme Court Building & Other Allied Facilities Islamabad for the year 2026-27.

Eligibility and key conditions: Firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council with a valid Registration Certificate in Category C-6 or above and Project Code C-10 (or as specified). Bids will be evaluated using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as prescribed in the bidding documents and the NIT cost (pay order) where required.

Submission and documents: Bidding documents, terms and conditions, specifications and requirements are available on the EPADS v2.0 e-procurement portal. Interested bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit their e-bids through the portal. Bids must be submitted on or before Thursday, October 29, 2026 at 11:30 AM; technical/procurement opening will follow at 12:00 PM the same day.
