Issuer: Capital Development Authority (CDA), Islamabad. CDA invites applications from eligible candidates for the contractual appointment of Director General (Law).

| Minimum Qualifications | LL.B. and LL.M. degrees from a recognized university. LL.M. from a foreign university shall be preferred. |
| Experience & Requirements | At least 7 years' experience as an Advocate of the High Court. Substantial litigation and transactional/corporate legal experience. Preference for candidates with in-house legal experience in a Government department or public-sector organization. Must have substantial High Court litigation experience with a minimum of 2 reported judgments and appearances in at least 30 High Court cases. Experience in constitutional, commercial, corporate, regulatory, employment and/or public-sector litigation is an advantage. Strong legal research, drafting, advisory, negotiation and case-management skills. Demonstrated ability to lead/manage a legal department, supervise external counsel, formulate litigation strategy and provide strategic legal advice to senior management. |
| Age Limit | Maximum age: 50 years (age relaxation as per Government policy). |
| Appointment Terms | Contractual appointment for an initial period of 2 years (extension subject to requirement; no vested right for regular appointment or extension). |
| Application Fee | Processing fee: PKR 8,000 per post. Fee must be deposited online; application will not be entertained without payment. |
