MES Tender Notice for Emergency Works at PAF Bases — Closing 2026-10-23

Issuer: Military Engineer Services, Office of DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala. Tender Notice No. 4072-74-75-CKL/Advt/02/E-4 dated 06 Oct 2026. Sealed tenders are invited for emergency works under PPRA Rule 42-c(v) of 2004. Applications for issuance of tender documents must be submitted along with complete credentials; tender documents will be issued only to firms with sufficient relevant experience after scrutiny.

Tenders must be received in the office of the Accepting Officer by 11:30 Hrs on 2026-10-23 and will be opened at 12:00 Hrs on the same date. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender; rejected tenders will be dealt with as per Para 33(1) of PPRA Rules. Interested parties may contact CMES (PAF) Chaklala or an authorized representative for details between 07:15 and 13:35 hours on working days. PID(I) No. 3229/26.

Eligibility and conditions: contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of PEC registration (contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible). Only contractors on the approved MES list in categories 'A' and 'B' with relevant experience should apply. Contractors must provide a certificate that they are not involved in litigation with any government department and that no special report of Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ) is outstanding against them. Contractors may attend tender opening.
