Lasbela University (Uthal) Tender: Vehicles & Office Supplies for LUAWMS Sub‑Campus Awaran (Closing 2026-10-23)

Lasbela University of Agriculture, Water and Marine Sciences (LUAWMS), Uthal, District Lasbela, Balochistan invites electronic tenders through the BPPRA EPPs (Electronic Public Procurement System) for procurement of vehicles and office supplies, teaching items and furniture for the LUAWMS Sub‑Campus at Awaran. Tender documents are available on the BPPRA website and bids must be submitted electronically via EPPs.

General conditions: Bidding documents may be downloaded from the BPPRA website from the date of publication until 23 October 2026. All bids must be submitted via the BPPRA EPPs; manual bids will not be accepted. Procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure as per PPRA rules. Prices must be quoted in PKR and include all applicable taxes. Bid security in the shape of a Call Deposit from a scheduled bank in favor of Director Project & Works, LUAWMS, Uthal must accompany financial bids; bids without required earnest money will be rejected. LUAWMS reserves the right to accept, reject or cancel any or all tenders as per BPPRA rules.
