PPHI-Balochistan Tender: Civil Works for BHUs, District Offices & Warehouse (Multiple Districts) — Deadline 2026-10-27

Issuer: People’s Primary Healthcare Initiative (PPHI), Balochistan. Tender ref: PPHI-B/H.O-BLN/CW/2025-26/07. Purpose: Establishment of district offices and major and minor civil works for Basic Health Units (BHUs) and a district warehouse under PPHI‑Balochistan, 2026.

Eligibility & application requirements: Open to FBR/BRA active filers (companies/firms). Tender fee (non-refundable) PKR 2,000 per lot payable by pay order/demand draft in favor of People’s Primary Healthcare Initiative – Balochistan. Each lot requires a separate proposal, separate tender fee, and separate envelopes for Technical and Financial bids. Financial proposal must include bid security of 2% in the form of a Call Deposit (enclosed in the Financial Proposal) in favor of People’s Primary Healthcare Initiative Balochistan. Proposals must be clearly marked with the Lot# and description and delivered to the Director Admin & Procurement, PPHI‑Balochistan Head Office, 8-A Jinnah Town Samungli Road, Quetta.

Submission and opening dates: Deadline for submission of bids: 27 October 2026 until 11:00 A.M. Opening of technical bids: 27 October 2026 at 12:00 P.M. Opening of financial bids will be communicated to qualified bidders after technical evaluation.
