Eligibility Criteria
- At least 3 years continuous, verifiable experience in the relevant field.
- Submit copies of online annual income tax returns filed with FBR for the last three consecutive fiscal years, proving a mandatory minimum average annual turnover of Rs 6 million over this period.
- Valid and active GST registration.
- Submit original affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper of at least Rs 100 as prescribed in the bidding documents (page 37).
Bidders must furnish the specified bid security in favour of Director Finance, NEDUET, and submit bids through EPADS as per the schedule. Best and Final Price should be offered; no negotiations permitted.
