KP Forest Department e-Tender: Construction of Office Complex and Residences at Shami Road, Peshawar

Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest Department invites e-tenders (EPADS) under Single Stage Two Envelope System for construction works at Shami Road, Peshawar.

Submission must be made via the EPADS portal after supplier registration: https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration. Technical and financial bids must be uploaded on EPADS on or before the submission deadline; technical bids will be opened publicly at the scheduled opening time. Financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened later and announced after technical evaluation.

Bid security: original 2% CDR in the name of "Deputy Chief Conservator of Forest Peshawar" must be submitted in a sealed envelope along with an affidavit regarding the original 2% CDR. A non-refundable deposit fee of PKR 5,000 must be paid immediately after publication to Account # PK80KHYB5068003008908272 titled "Deputy Chief Conservator of Forest Peshawar"; the deposit slip must be submitted before the closing date and time with the CDR.

Pre-bid meeting: Friday, 2026-10-16 at 03:00 PM in the Conference Room, Forest Complex, Shami Road, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest Department.

Subcontracting is not allowed. Bids must be stamped and signed by an authorized person; applicable federal and provincial duties/taxes (including KPRA taxes) apply. The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders.
