Rawalpindi Police Re-Tender 2026-27 for Computer Hardware, Prefabricated Cabins & Building Repairs

Police Department (CPO Rawalpindi) invites sealed bids under a Framework Contract for financial year 2026-27 for procurement of miscellaneous items on F/OOS basis under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 from experienced and financially sound firms registered with income tax and sales tax departments.

Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). Technical and financial bids shall be uploaded by 2026-11-02 up to 10:30 AM; bids will be opened through the e-procurement Acquisition & Disposal System at 11:00 AM on the same day in the presence of the procurement committee and participating firms.

Key requirements and conditions:

• Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted/released in e-procurement Punjab e-procurement System (eP) through PSID from the Scheduled Bank of Pakistan.
• All rates offered must be inclusive of all taxes as prescribed by the government; GST/PST and government taxes considered until 2022-06-30 where applicable.
• Bidders must provide NTN and Sales Tax registration, professional tax, Punjab Sales Tax (on services/purchases), and Income Tax certificate on company letterhead plus Police Character Certificate. Firms giving false information will be disqualified and may face legal action.
• Performance Guarantee: Successful bidders shall deposit 2% of the total contract cost as performance guarantee through PSID in e-procurement system; it will be refunded on successful completion as per contract conditions.
• e-Procurement portals: https://ep.punjab.gov.pk and https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk for bid submission and documents. Deadline and response time for calculation are exclusive of the date of publication.
