Procurement will follow PPRA Rules 2014 (amended). RFP documents, terms and conditions are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website. All proposals must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System; technical proposals must be submitted by 02:30 PM and will be opened the same day at 03:00 PM via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Any proposal received by modes other than the Punjab e-Procurement System will not be considered. If the submission date is a public holiday, the next working day will be treated as the deadline.
