Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites applications for the post of Director General (Law) on a merit‑based contractual basis in Islamabad.

Position	Minimum Qualification	Experience & Key Requirements	Age Limit
Director General (Law)	LL.B. and LL.M. from a recognized university. LL.M. from a foreign university preferred.	At least seven (07) years' experience as an Advocate of the High Court. Substantial experience in litigation, transactional and corporate legal work. Experience in litigation before the High Court and other courts; candidates with in‑house legal experience are encouraged. Minimum of two (02) reported judgments and appearances in at least thirty (30) cases before the High Court. Strong legal research, drafting, advisory, negotiation and case‑management skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a legal department and supervise external counsel.	Maximum age: 50 years

General instructions: Age relaxation as per government policy. Appointments will be on contract for an initial period of two years with possible extension. CDA reserves the right to cancel or vary the number of posts. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for written test/interview. No TA/DA will be admissible. Candidates must bring original educational and experience documents at the time of interview. Government employees must submit NOC from their department.
