LESCO Tender Notice EP-57 to EP-62 — Construction & HT Pole Works (Closing 2026-10-28)

Issuer: Project Director, Construction Circle, Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO). Invitation to bid for civil and erection works related to HT steel structures and PCC/HT/LT spun poles for multiple LESCO construction divisions.

Estimated cost: Rs. 4.5 million (for each tender).

Eligibility and submission requirements:

• Contractors/firms must be duly approved, registered and renewed for the year 2026-27 with PEC holding specialization codes EE-04 and EE-05 for the listed works. The firm must be registered with PRA/FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayer List.

• Bidders must upload documentary evidence (work order/contract, completion certificate, and satisfactory performance certificate from DISCOs or relevant organizations) through EPADS V2.0 along with the bid.

• Bidding documents, detailed terms & conditions, specifications, and submission procedure are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS V2.0) at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ and on LESCO website (www.lesco.gov.pk). All bids must be submitted through EPADS V2.0.

Earnest money and performance security:

• Original bid security of Rs. 100,000 in favour of Project Director Construction Circle LESCO (uploaded on EPADS) in the form of a valid CDR, pay order or bank guarantee issued by any scheduled bank of Pakistan must be submitted to the office of Project Director Construction Circle LESCO, 132 KV Grid Station F-Block LDA Avenue-I, Lahore before the bid submission deadline (11:30 AM). Bids without bid security will not be considered.

• Successful bidder must furnish 10% performance security of the tender amount.

Dates and procedure:

• Date & Time of Closing (submission deadline): 2026-10-28 at 11:30 AM.

• Date & Time of Opening: 2026-10-28 at 12:00 PM (Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure; Selection Technique: Least Cost Based Selection). Bids will be opened on EPADS V2.0 in the presence of the Bid Opening Committee.
