RUDA Invitation for Bids — Left Promenade Infrastructure Works (Two Packages)

Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA), Government of the Punjab, invites sealed bids under Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) procedure for the Infrastructure Development of Left Promenade extending from RD 00+000 to RD 49+000. The scope includes carriageway construction, embankments, flood walls, drainage and ancillary works.

Payment terms: Payments for executed works will be made on a 50% deferred payment basis in accordance with the bidding documents. Bidders must comply with RUDA procurement regulations and bid document requirements. Each bidder may submit only one bid, either individually or as a partner in a joint venture. Bids must be accompanied by the required bid security in the form of a Demand Draft, Call Deposit, or a Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank (foreign bank guarantees must be counter-guaranteed by a scheduled bank in Pakistan) valid for 28 days beyond the bid validity period.

A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased upon written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 25,000. Bids will be opened at 12:30 PM on the dates shown above in the presence of bidders or their representatives. If the scheduled date is a public holiday, the event will be held on the next working day.
