Bid security is 5% of the estimated cost for each package and must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e‑Procurement System in the permitted financial instruments (Call Deposit Receipt, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee) as per procurement rules. The Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure will be used. Bidding documents are available immediately on the Punjab e‑Procurement System Portal and the PPRA website. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals in accordance with applicable rules.
