Punjab Highways Department (Highway Circle No.2, Faisalabad) Invites e-Tenders for Multiple Road Works

PUNJAB HIGHWAYS DEPARTMENT (Own Source Receipts Schemes) invites online tenders from PEC-registered engineering firms/contractors for multiple road rehabilitation and construction packages under the e-Procurement System.

Key instructions and conditions: bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System; participating firms must hold a valid renewed Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) licence for Financial Year 2026-27. A bid security of 2% of the estimated bid cost is required. The lowest evaluated bidder will furnish a Performance Guarantee of 10% of the contract amount within five days of issuance of the letter of acceptance via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Digital payments and electronic submission procedures apply as per PPRA and PPMS rules.

Multiple work packages for rehabilitation/reconstruction and related highway works are listed in the tender notice with estimated costs and required bid securities; all bids will be processed and evaluated online.
