Pakistan Railways Lahore Tender for Repair & Overhaul Materials for 28 kVA DG Sets (Millat/Perkins)

Issuer: Divisional Superintendent, Pakistan Railways, Lahore (Muhammad Nasir). Invitation for e-bid on a single-stage single-envelope basis (Technical & Financial) from experienced firms/contractors on Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue in accordance with PPRA Rules 36(b) 2004.

Tender documents are available from the e-procurement portal http://e.procure.gov.pk (Tender No. P153804). Bidders must submit both Technical and Financial bids through the E-PADs system. Bids must include a scanned copy of bid security in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee issued from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan in the name of Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Lahore (name of firm on CDR is mandatory). The original bid security must be submitted to the office of the Divisional Electrical Engineer, Pakistan Railways, Bogie Road, Lahore, along with other necessary documents as stated in bidding documents.

Only bids through E-PAD will be entertained; no other bids will be accepted. E-bids must be uploaded on E-PADS by 11:00 hours on 2026-10-30. Bids will be opened on the same date at 12:00 hours in the chamber of the Divisional Electrical Engineer, Pakistan Railways, Lahore, in the presence of authorized representatives.
