Pakistan Railways Lahore Tender for Repair & Overhaul of 28 kVA DG Sets (Tender No. 251-WE/12/PBU/2026-27)

Issuer: Divisional Superintendent Office, Pakistan Railways, Lahore invites e-bids (Single Stage Single Envelope) from experienced firms/contractors on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) for procurement of material for repair and overhauling of 28 kVA DG sets (Make: Millat / Perkins) under PPRA Rules 36(b) 2004.

How to bid: Tender documents are available at http://e.procure.gov.pk. Bidders must submit both Technical & Financial proposals through the E-Pad Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS).

Bid security: Bids must be accompanied by a scanned copy of Bid Security in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan naming the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways, Lahore (firm/agency name on CDR is mandatory). The original bid security must be submitted to the office of the Divisional Electrical Engineer, Pakistan Railways, Bougie Road, Lahore along with other required documents.

Conditions: Only bids submitted via E-PADS will be entertained; no other submission method will be accepted. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The Railway administration reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA Rules.
