Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIK) invites sealed bids for the supply, installation, testing, commissioning and training of Oil & Gas Steam Lab equipment under the OGDCL-funded project (Ref: GIK/PD/DC/HE/OGDCL-116/20).
Procurement will follow a Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure using Quality & Cost Based Selection (QCBS) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2006. Bidders must provide the required bid security as specified in the bidding documents (Pay Order/Banker’s Cheque/Call Deposit/Demand Draft or equivalent).
