Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO) invites e-bids from registered manufacturers/suppliers (EPADs 2.0, ATL, FBR) for supply of material to Regional Store QESCO Quetta. Bids must follow WAPDA/NTDC specifications (amended to date) and PPRA regulations.

Submission & bid conditions:
- Only e-bids through E-PADs Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal 2.0 (http://www.epads.gov.pk) will be accepted.
- Tenders will be opened on a Single Stage One Envelope basis. Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADs 2.0 on or before the scheduled closing date & time for each tender.
- Original bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee / CDR must reach the office of Manager Material Management, QESCO Headquarters, Zarghoon Road, Quetta on or before the scheduled submission date & time; failure to provide the original instrument will render the bid non-responsive and rejected.
- Tender opening will take place in the office of Manager (MM) QESCO Quetta at the Chief Executive Office, Zarghoon Road, Quetta Cantt, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
- Conditional, partial, incomplete bids or bids without the sealed original CDR/Bank Guarantee will be rejected. QESCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rule 45.
