Tender — Procurement of Miscellaneous Items | Karachi Metropolitan University (KMU)

Karachi Metropolitan University (KMU) invites sealed bids from reputed firms registered and active with tax authorities for the procurement of miscellaneous items. Online submission must be made via the EPADS e-procurement portal as per bidding documents.

Key dates: Tender documents issuance: 2026-10-14. Submission of tender documents (on EPADs): 2026-10-29 by 11:00 am. Opening of tenders: 2026-10-29 at 11:30 am.

Venue for original documents and opening: Office of the Procurement Manager, Karachi Metropolitan University, Main Campus, North Nazimabad Block M.

Submission & documents: Tender documents obtainable during office hours upon payment of the tender fee by pay order in favor of Karachi Metropolitan University or downloadable from KMU website (www.thekmu.edu.pk) or SPPRA/EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Bids must be uploaded on the EPADS website as specified in bidding documents. Original Bid Security and Tender Fee (if downloaded) must be submitted on or before the tender submission time and date in a sealed envelope for each tender. Bid Security must be in the form of Pay Order/Bank Demand Draft/Bank Guarantee in favor of Karachi Metropolitan University.

Eligibility & conditions: Bidders must be registered and active taxpayers with applicable tax authorities, submit latest NTN and GST certificates, and attach required documents with the technical proposal. All applicable federal, provincial and local taxes are borne by the bidder/supplier. Bidders must include an affidavit on judicial stamp paper (Rs. 500) with the online bid stating the firm is not blacklisted by any government/semi-government/private/public sector body in Pakistan.
