Bid security (less than 5% of the estimated procurement price as stated in bidding documents) must be submitted electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement System. No physical financial instruments (CDR/PO/Bank Guarantee) will be accepted. Bidders must upload bids before the deadline; bid submission and conformity with bidding documents is the bidder's responsibility.
