GIK Institute EOI for Outdoor LED Media Façade at Auditorium, Topi (Swabi)

The Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute (GIK Institute), Topi, invites sealed Expressions of Interest from reputable OEMs or their authorized distributors/suppliers/dealers for the design, supply, installation, commissioning and integration of an outdoor SMD/LED media façade / LED mesh / LED strip curtain for the institute auditorium (approx. 30 × 35 ft).

Mandatory site visit and pre-bid meeting: 21 July 2026, 11:00–13:00. Sealed EOIs must reach the Deputy Director Procurement by 1500 hours on 30 July 2026 and will be opened at 1530 hours the same day. Key eligibility: OEM or OEM-authorized bidder (authorization required), NTN and Sales Tax registration and appearance on FBR ATL, minimum five years’ relevant experience, completion of at least three similar projects, qualified technical staff, and not blacklisted (affidavit required).
