The Deputy Commandant, AFIC-NIHD Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders (Tender No. 202026-27) from registered, security-cleared contractors for disposal of non-infection waste/garbage collection on a daily or as-required basis for the year 2026/27.
Tender documents (fee Rs. 5,000 non-refundable) are available during office hours from 13 Jul 2026 to 22 Jul 2026. Sealed quotations must reach the undersigned in person by 23 Jul 2026 at 10:00 hrs; bids will be opened the same day at 10:00 hrs in the Auditorium (3rd Floor), AFC & NIHD, Rawalpindi. Contractors must be security-cleared, deposit two months' security in advance, provide eStamp paper for the contract deed, and ensure garbage pits are cleaned by 08:00 hrs daily.
