Issuer: Office of the Municipal Committee, Kamoke, District Gujranwala. Sealed electronic tenders are invited from contractors registered on the Punjab E‑Procurement System and with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category/codes for the financial year 2026‑27 for framework contracts to be executed up to 30‑06‑2027.
Download and submission: Tender/bidding documents must be downloaded from the Punjab E‑Procurement Portal and uploaded/submitted online on the Punjab E‑Procurement System Dashboard.
Bid security and performance guarantee: Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost must be uploaded through the E‑Procurement System. Successful bidders who offer more than 4.99% below the estimated cost will be required to deposit additional performance security up to 10% of the estimated cost within the stipulated time after acceptance of the tender. Failure to do so will forfeit the deposited money without further notice.
Selection and conditions: Conditional tenders will not be entertained. Selection will be by least cost. Legal action will be taken in case of submission of forged documents or bid security by any contractor. Contractors must comply with PPRA rules and E‑Procurement regulations.
