Issuing authority: CMES (Navy) COMCOAST Office, PNS Karsaz, Karachi. Applications are invited for pre-qualification of contractors/firms up to 26 October 2026 by 1500 hours. Tenders for the listed works/supplies will be issued to pre-qualified firms and must be submitted by 1130 hours on 04 November 2026; bids will be opened on 04 November 2026 at 1200 hours.
Eligibility and submission requirements:
- Firms on the approved list 'D' of MES or other government departments with experience in the listed types of work may apply. Contractors must furnish valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration and a bank statement.
- Firms not on the MES approved list must provide proof of appropriate departmental listing, bank certificates/statements of financial standing, details of staff, tools and plants, and details of previous works executed in the last two years and those in hand, on the prescribed proforma attested by a Class-I Gazetted Officer.
- Contractors not on MES approved lists or suspended contractors must deposit earnest money equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of FDR, deposit at call, etc., as specified. CMES (N) COMCOAST reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to communicate grounds for rejection on request.
