National Bank of Pakistan invites applications for the position of GL Control Officer (OG-II) in the Financial Control unit based in Karachi. The bank seeks trained, dedicated and experienced professionals to support financial control, GL balancing and validation activities.

| Educational / Professional Qualification | Minimum graduation from an HEC-recognized institution; ACCA qualified and/or ICMA qualified and/or CA part-qualified. |
| Experience | Minimum 02 years of experience in Finance and/or Accounts and/or Articleship, preferably with a financial institution and/or an audit firm. Hands-on experience in handling GL accounts is preferred. |
| Key Skills & Knowledge | Understanding of business and financial acumen; good communication, report writing and analytical skills; proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word; basic knowledge of Power BI; familiarity with regulatory guidelines. |
| Main Responsibilities | Collect and collate data for GL balancing and validation; assist in monthly GL balancing and non-validation issue resolution; compile reasons for GL non-balancing; maintain and update GL balancing records; coordinate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies; prepare MIS reports and summaries; assist Unit Head and perform other assignments as required. |
| Employment Type | Contractual basis for three years, renewable at Management's discretion. Compensation and benefits as per Bank's policy. |
