A leading group active in large-scale mixed-use projects and diversified hospitality and retail portfolios is seeking an accomplished and commercially astute Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy, governance and performance across a diversified portfolio.

Position	Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Location	Islamabad, Pakistan
Issuer / Employer	Leading group involved in multiple large-scale mixed-use, hospitality and retail projects
Education & Professional Qualification	CA (Chartered Accountant) is mandatory. Candidates qualified from Big Four accounting firms preferred. Additional qualifications in finance, business, investment, or management are advantageous.
Experience & Skills	20+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience with substantial senior leadership experience Minimum 5 years as CFO or equivalent senior financial leadership role Experience in multiple large-scale mixed-use projects is strongly preferred Demonstrated expertise in financial strategy, corporate finance, treasury, investment evaluation, governance and stakeholder management Proven ability to work with boards, CEOs, business heads, investors, financial institutions and external auditors
