Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), under the Ministry of IT & Telecommunication and executing the PSDP project “Revamping of IT Industry Landscape”, invites applications on a contract basis for roles to support HR skills development and research functions.

Preference to candidates with PSDP/ADP/Government projects experience. |
| Research Consultant | PPS-08 | 1 | 55 Years | Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university in Management Sciences / Economics / Research / Public Policy / Business Administration | Minimum 6 years professional experience with at least 4 years managing PSDP-style programs focused on market research, surveys, data analytics and strategic management. Understanding of IT industry market trends, branding, campaigns and consumer behaviour preferred; PSDP/ADP/Government projects experience preferred. |
| Assistant Program Officer – HR Skills | PPS-07 | 1 | 45 Years | Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university in Management Sciences / Human Resource / Business Administration / Computer Sciences / IT | Minimum 2 years overall experience in administration, document management, project management or capacity development projects. Preference to candidates with PSDP project experience. |
