The Public Private Partnership Authority (P3A), Government of Pakistan, invites applications on a contract basis for senior finance, investment promotion and advisory positions. Appointments will be on contract and offered to selected candidates in accordance with P3A’s Human Resources Regulations, 2022.

Significant post‑qualification experience (approximately 10–12 years) in corporate finance, investment/transaction advisory, portfolio management, project finance (including PPP) from a reputable firm, investment bank, multilateral agency or public sector organisation. | 62 years |
| Deputy Head, Fund Management & Investment Promotion | Bachelor’s degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) in a relevant discipline; relevant professional qualifications such as CA/ICMA/ACCA/CPA/CFA acceptable. Minimum of about 10 years post‑qualification experience in investment promotion, portfolio management, project finance (including PPP) and related areas. | 60 years |
| Director, Advisory | Bachelor’s degree (16 years) in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related field; professional qualifications such as ICMA, ACCA, CA, CPA, CFA acceptable. Minimum of about 6 years post‑qualification experience in advisory, transaction advisory, public‑private partnerships, infrastructure development or related fields. Experience with multilateral organisations or investment banks is desirable. | 60 years |
| Associate Director, Finance & Accounts | Bachelor’s degree (16 years) in a relevant discipline; relevant professional qualifications acceptable. Minimum of about 6 years post‑qualification experience in financial management, accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, audit or corporate finance, with experience in public sector, multilateral organisation or private sector preferred. | 55 years |
