The Government of Balochistan Forest & Wildlife, in collaboration with the Balochistan Public-Private Partnership Authority (BPPPA), invites sealed international and national proposals to design, build, finance, operate, maintain and transfer (DBFOMT) the Balochistan Carbon Offset Project (BCOP) — an afforestation, reforestation and revegetation (ARR) mangrove program under a PPP concession.
