District Council Kasur invites e-procurement single-stage, single-envelope bids for the rehabilitation and renovation of a roundabout (Steel Bagh/DCh Chowk, MC Kasur). Bidding will be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System in accordance with applicable PPR/PPRA rules.

Key instructions and conditions:
- Bidders must submit e-bids and upload required documents via the Punjab E-Procurement System. Offline/physical submission to the district office is not permitted.
- A scanned copy of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) for 5% of the estimated cost issued by a scheduled bank must be uploaded on the E-Procurement System through PSD online bank application.
- Bidders shall upload proposal documents as PDF files per PPR regulations. The lowest bidder will be required to deposit a Performance Guarantee of 5% as per Punjab Local Government Works Rules, 2017.
- The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules.
