National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGCP) invites sealed bids under ADB financing for procurement of plant, design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 500 kV double-circuit quad-bundle transmission lines for the Second Power Transmission Strengthening Project (PTSP‑II), Loan No. 59002-001 PAK.

Bidding is open to eligible bidders from ADB member countries. Procurement will follow an Open Competitive Bidding (International Advertisement) procedure using a Two‑Envelope Single‑Stage method as described in the Bidding Document.
